[Development Case] Refrigerated Box for Transporting Pharmaceuticals During Disasters
The design conditions are to maintain an internal temperature of 2 to 8°C for 12 hours, with an external temperature of 40°C! The goal is temperature management during transportation.
We would like to introduce a case of developing a "Disaster Medical Product Transport Refrigeration Box" for the transportation of pharmaceuticals during disasters. Since pharmaceuticals are stored in a refrigerator upon arrival at the destination, the purpose is to manage temperature during transport. It is expected to be used repeatedly, so the outer box is made of high-strength plastic, and XPS is used for insulation. Additionally, by inserting a given refrigerant, it is possible to maintain an internal temperature of 2-8°C for approximately 15 hours. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Temperature: 5°C (2-8°C) ■ Industry: Pharmaceuticals ■ Product: Light ■ Cargo Type: Pharmaceuticals *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
